Verify a withdrawal

Has your ZEC arrived?

Paste the transaction ID from your exchange or wallet. You'll see whether it has reached the Zcash blockchain and how many confirmations it has, live from our own Zcash node.

What the status means

Waiting to be mined

Your exchange has sent the transaction and the network has it, but it isn't in a block yet. This usually takes a minute or two. The page updates on its own.

Confirming

It's in a block, so it is now part of the Zcash blockchain. Each new block adds one confirmation, about one every minute or so.

Confirmed

It has 10 confirmations and is a settled part of the blockchain. If the exchange or service that sent you here needs a different number, the page shows that number instead.

Common questions

Where do I find the transaction ID?

In your exchange's withdrawal history, open the ZEC withdrawal. It may be called Transaction ID, TxID, or Hash. It is 64 characters long, using only the digits 0–9 and letters a–f. You can also paste a link to the transaction from another explorer.

My exchange says "processing" and there's no transaction ID yet.

The exchange hasn't sent it yet. Exchanges often review or batch withdrawals before sending, and until they do there is nothing on the blockchain to check. The ID appears in your withdrawal history once it's sent.

Why can't I see the amount or my address?

If you withdrew to a shielded address (one starting with u1 or zs), the amount and the receiver are encrypted on the blockchain. Only your wallet can read them. That's Zcash privacy working as designed. The transaction page still shows that it was mined and how many confirmations it has.

It's confirmed, but my wallet doesn't show it.

Your wallet may still be catching up with the blockchain. Shielded wallets scan new blocks to find your funds, which can take a few minutes after being offline. Make sure the wallet is open and fully synced, and double-check that the address in the withdrawal is yours.

It says "not found" or "no longer waiting".
